Mysteries from a Hankinson Attic: Two Cuties
There is no information on this photo at all. Look at those two cute little ones. Another of the many photo mysteries found in that attic in Hankison, ND in the mid 1970s.
As a guess, these might be children of John R. Jones. Although one would assume that both are girls, we know that years ago that young boys were often dressed in clothes that we would today call girl's dresses. I looked at the children of John R. Jones to find a pair close in age. Possible: John S. (b. May 1895) and Harold (b. Oct 1896). Harold (b. Oct 1896) and Edith (b. Aug 1898) It is also possible that the two children are cousins.
