Mysteries from the Hankinson Attic: Ripon Street Fair

Here is another interesting photo found in that attic in Hankison 40+ years ago. 

On the back it says "This is a snap shot I took of Harry Fargo's float, Sept. 5, 1918.  Ripon Street Fair."

"Ripon" must be Ripon, Wisconsin.

A quick search shows a Harry Lynn Fargo in Ripon, Wisconsin who was a jeweler and optician there in 1917.   He was born April 12, 1882.  He lived at 842 Watson in Ripon.  His wife was Clara Louise Fargo.  They had a daughter, Jeanette, and a son, Lynn.
