Elizabeth Fricke

Elizabeth Fricke was born in 1904 to Henry Fricke and Minnie Mae Brown.  She was a teacher and lived in Anderson, Indiana.  In 1958, when she was 54 years old, she married Ralph Carney.  She died in 1965 in Anderson, Indiana.

 Elizabeth Fricke & Josephine (Licher) Smith were first cousins.  Elizabeth's father and Josephine's mother were siblings.  Minnie in the above photo was Elizabeth's mother.

Mary Agnes (Fricke) Nelson, also known as Mamie

Mary Agnes "Mamie" (Fricke) Nelson, was another sibling of Henry Fricke and Anna (Fricke) Licher, and therefore an aunt to Josephine (Licher) Smith.  Mamie was born in October 1882 in Cincinnati.  In 1902, she married Alonzo Franklin Nelson in Anderson, Indiana.  She died in March 1973 in Baltimore, Maryland.
