I don't know for sure when this photo was taken, but I know Lucy J. (Braden) Garrott died in October 1914. Jane Hockman was born about 1909 and seems to be about 3 or 4 in this photo. Robert and Christine were married in 1911. So I would guess this was taken about 1913 or so.
