Updated Nov. 22, 2017: I recently discovered a new Mayflower website with biographies of the passengers that is in commemoration of the upcoming 400th anniversary of the ship's landing in America. I've added links to that site.
My husband's three known Mayflower ancestors are Richard Warren, Francis Cooke, and his son, John Cooke. These three men came to America on the Mayflower in 1620. Richard Warren's wife, Elizabeth (Walker), and his daughter, Sarah Warren, came to Plymouth Colony in 1623 on the ship Anne. Also on the Anne were Francis Cooke's wife, Hester Mahieu, and children. John Cooke and Sarah Warren were married in Plymouth Colony in 1634.
There is a wealth of information available on these individuals, so I will not go into that here.
So my husband descends from John Cooke (son of Francis Cooke and Hester Mahieu) and Sarah Warren (daughter of Richard Warren and Elizabeth Walker). Here is the line:
